Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your Check Live monitoring subscription at any time. Our support team processes cancellations after verifying the account.
How to request a cancellation
- Open Submit a Request in the Help Center.
- Enter the email address used for the Check Live account.
- Select Cancel Subscription as the category.
- Enter the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used for the payment.
- Confirm in the description that you want the subscription cancelled, then submit.
Never provide your full card number or security code. The partial card details are only used to locate and verify the correct account.
What happens after you submit
Our team reviews the account details and confirms the cancellation by email. Monitoring for the sites on the account stops at the end of the current billing period, and no further renewal charges are taken.
Please watch your inbox and your spam or junk folder for our reply, since that is where the confirmation is sent.
