Check Live is a website monitoring service. Charges on your statement relate to access to the monitoring platform for the site or sites registered to your account.

How the charge appears on your statement

Check Live charges show the billing descriptor Check-live-site.com. If you see that descriptor, the charge came from your Check Live account rather than from another merchant.

Why you may have been charged

An initial charge when the monitoring account was created.
A recurring charge that renews your monitoring access for the next billing period.

The plan and billing terms shown at checkout on check-live-site.com determine the amount and how often it renews.

I do not recognize the charge

First check whether you or someone in your household signed up to monitor a website. If it still looks unfamiliar, submit a request and select Charge Inquiry. Include the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card so our team can locate the account and review the charge.

Never send your full card number or security code. The partial digits are enough for us to identify the correct account.

Stop future charges

To stop the charge from renewing, follow the steps in Cancel Subscription. Cancelling prevents future renewals.
